Argh, I wish we had this in Canada!
FYI: Sometimes the Kelloggs rewards site and its server link to redplum will not go through or somehow the account will list your digital rewards as having been fullfilled when the site messes up. This happened to me this week and its something I’ve seen others experience too. I lost a 1000 points so I thought it would be worth the try to contact Kelloggs about it.
I am happy to report that I used the contact us link in the help section at the very bottom of the page and copy/pasted my order status and history entry and sent it in asking for my points back…24 hours later they did!!!
Wow that’s great! I’m glad they have great costumer service…. I’d be knocking at their door if I lose 1000 points!
They will also automatically have Redplum send you coupons by mail. I lost 3000 points when Kelloggs was 50%off in Publix. Not did they replaced them, they activated the link for me to print them AND I got a Redplum envie w/1 set of $1.50 coupons. I heart Kellogg’s =)

The kellogs rewards program is great but buggy.
You cannot c/p codes because their site does not allow hyphens but adds them for you.
Customer service is great so it works out in the end.

Yes it has has some glitches..But I am really glad that their costumer service works! (better than nothing)
